LUMBERJACK SHOWS

Steeped in the logging history of Wisconsin’s north woods, Fred Scheers Lumberjack Shows are a blend of sport, history and comedy. Great entertainment for all ages, the shows thrill audiences with ten exciting events as seen on ESPN’s Great Outdoor Games. Watch world champion competitors battle it out in the Olympics of the forest. Comedy routines keep everyone laughing throughout the fast paced show and every performance includes a special Yo-Ho contest for the kids.

  • Junior LumberjacksShows last approximately one hour.
  • All shows are rain or shine with some covered seating.
  • Seating is open – arrive early in peak season.

Matinee performances include an added bonus of some great fun for the youngsters in the audience. During intermission we invite the kids on stage to crosscut saw with the Lumberjacks and each one receives a special Junior Lumberjack award.

HAYWARD ARENA

In Hayward, Wisconsin, the Scheers Lumberjack Show is staged in the same arena as the Lumberjack World Championships. The Hayward early season opens late in May and the late season continues to early September, with five shows per week in peak season.

WOODRUFF ARENA

In the Minocqua, Wisconsin resort area, the show is staged at a private arena located in Woodruff. The Woodruff early season opens in early June and the late season continues to early September, with five shows per week in peak season.
